sugar_beets_live_and_25.jpg

For the past twenty-five years, the Sugar Beets have been one of this region’s most eclectic and popular bands, and they will be hosting a 25th anniversary Silver Ball at the McDonald Theatre in Eugene on Saturday, October 24th, as well as releasing an album of live material, called Live and 25. The concert will be a benefit for arts in education, via the Eugene Education Foundation. Sugar Beets Marty Chilla and Megan Bassett, who have both been with the band since its inception, visited the KLCC studios, with songs from the new album.
