An Evening with Vocalist Lizz Wright
Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon is hosting internationally acclaimed artist, Lizz Wright at its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Commemoration event. This event is entirely free to the public. Lizz Wright deftly weaves a rich blend of Jazz, Gospel, Soul, Folk, and Blues into her artistry; her contralto voice has been described as "barrel aged bourbon or butter soft leather," and her performances are heralded as masterful and evocative. We hope you can join us for this special, free community event as we honor the life and legacy of Dr Martin Luther King, Jr.
