The University of Oregon’s Department of Cinema Studies presents Filmlandia, a screening series celebrating Oregon’s film heritage. The series continues with a free public screening of MAɬNI—TOWARDS THE OCEAN, TOWARDS THE SHORE (2020), Sky Hopinka’s poetic and visually stunning meditation on language, landscape, and Indigenous identity, filmed in the Pacific Northwest. Join us on Tuesday, February 4 at 6:00 pm in Lawrence Hall 177 to experience this acclaimed documentary on the big screen.
