Foraging Wild Colors (Spring Break Camp)
Through this camp, young artists will gain tools to identify and ethically forage the wild materials in their environment, create natural inks, and use them to make beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces of art. This process leans heavily into experimentation and play! Intermingled in this process are the varying methods of creation and preservation, science of color, history of pigments, and even a little folklore. Join instructor, Katie, in learning the magic of foraging wild colors!
Open to youth ages 8-17.
