EUGENE, OR–We are pleased to announce that #instaballet will participate as a featured art organization in Lane Arts Council’s First Friday ArtWalk on March 6th with Eugene Difficult Music Ensemble (EDME).

This interactive event, with a theme of “Art is a Verb,” will take place at the Farmers Market Pavilion (85 E 8th Ave) from 5:30pm-8:00pm. The monthly First Friday ArtWalk is always free.

In partnership with #instaballet and EDME, audience ideas will be translated into choreography and musical composition in real time. You can stop by anytime to be a part of the creative process, and no dance or music experience is required to participate.

MuseArt activities provided by MEPAA will host a prop making station and collage station where both will become a part of the performance. The Arc of Lane County will also provide a Sensory Zone! Don’t miss the performance of the final, audience-created work at 8pm.
