Join us in celebrating International Archaeology Day with a special film screening that brings the past to life! This event highlights the importance of archaeology and cultural heritage while showcasing engaging educational content from the HeritageTAC.org film catalog.

The afternoon will feature:
Film Screening - A captivating, archaeology-themed film suitable for elementary school through adult audiences.
Q&A/Discussion – Learn what it takes to become an archaeologist and explore how archaeology connects us to our shared history.
Community Connection – Meet others who are passionate about history, culture, and discovery or learn about the career!
Perfect for Students & Educators
Local teachers are encouraged to offer this event as an extra credit opportunity. Attendees can request a signed participation slip or event worksheet for classroom credit.

Social Hour 1:00-2:00pm
Film Screening 2:00pm-2:30pm
Q&A 2:30-3:30pm
Wrap up social: 3:30-4:00pm
