Live Lifestyle Medicine is a program supported by the Eugene Plant Based Providers.
The Eugene Plant Based Providers are a local 501c3 non-profit comprised of medical providers and other community members whose mission is to prevent, treat and reverse chronic disease, and to bring health and vitality to our community.

The Live Lifestyle Medicine program is comprised of free in person and online classes, grocery store shopping tours, community walks, movie nights, potlucks, and cooking demonstrations.
