The Eugene Community Ecstatic Dance and Movement Collective presents three days of free offerings to bond and enrich our river community. Wellness leaders and professionals offer an array of guided and participatory workshops in nature settings this Labor Day weekend. We believe that community bonding is essential to health and well-being, and that all are welcome to these events regardless of income or other artificial barriers that divide us.

Please bring your own blankets and chairs, although chairs provided at some of the home workshops. Food picnics ask you to bring your own food and any healthy food you would like to share, vegetarian preferred. Please share this invitation as publicity is also community-oriented!

This will also be the launch of a new therapeutic project and website of nature in counseling, Mike Meyer LCSW, CADC I, QMHP. www.turningtidescounseling.org And join us every Sunday 11 am to 1 pm at the river below 118 Merry Lane for free Eugene Community Ecstatic Dance and Movement.
