Writing From Within
Writing From Within
Learn to trust your creative intuition and get in touch with your inner writer.
Getting stuck in your head when you’re writing keeps your words and ideas from flowing onto the page. Rather than trusting yourself, you overthink it, get stuck in self-doubt, and hear the voice of your inner critic get louder and louder.
It gets especially hard when times feel troubled or you’re worried about the future.
Sitting down to write and finding your mind tangled in knots of doubt, judgment, and indecision is frustrating. You might have tried willpowering your way through, forcing yourself to stick to a rigid schedule or outline, or asking for feedback from others that leaves you more confused than when you started. You can end up feeling even more disconnected from your creative spark.
But what if there’s another way? A way that taps into the wisdom already inside you?
At Writing from Within, you’ll learn to stop fighting against yourself and instead trust your innate intuition and your inner writer. Through guided mindfulness practices, gentle somatic exercises (adapted for all bodies), and intuitive writing prompts, you’ll reconnect with your inner voice and feel the creative energy in your body. No more overthinking—just writing that feels authentic and enjoyable.
This workshop, led by Jeaux Bartlett, Wordcrafter, mindfulness practitioner, and author of multiple books on intuitive development, will help you break through blocks and access your true voice.
"The space is wonderful! Jeaux is an excellent instructor." -Kathy Thomas, Writing Your Way Through Grief
If you’re a writer who struggles with self-doubt and perfectionism, or find yourself stuck in your head instead of letting your writing flow, this workshop is for you. You’ll learn to write with more ease, trust your creative instincts, and enjoy the process of storytelling again.
