Fourth Person Dies From June 18th Violence; DA Says More Charges Ahead For Murder Suspect

Milwaukee PD

A Florida woman has succumbed to injuries sustained from being run over by murder suspect Oen Nicholson last month.

In a release, the Coos County DA’s office says 73 year-old Linda Oyster died at Riverbend Hospital last night.  She and her husband, Anthony Oyster, were in the Mills Casino RV park when Nicholson hit them with a truck on June 18th.  Her husband died on scene, while she was taken to Riverbend hospital in critical condition.

Two other people were found murdered in North Bend that morning, including Nicholson’s father. Nicholson is charged with three murders altogether, but the Coos County DA now says further charges will be filed once he’s extradited back to Oregon from Wisconsin.

Nicholson is fighting extradition.  His hearing is scheduled for the morning of July 20th in Milwaukee.
