The LCCEF union voted overwhelmingly to ratify the long-disputed contract. The LCC Board of Education held a special session last (Wednesday) night and unanimously approved the agreement. The union is getting ready to bargain for the next contract, as parts of this one expire in June. It's holding a membership meeting in mid-November in anticipation of a new round of talks.
