Oregon State University celebrates a record number of graduates Saturday

Oregon State University saw a record 8,011 students graduate Saturday at Reser Stadium in Corvallis.

OSU estimates 4,300 students participated in the commencement ceremony.

New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof delivered the commencement address.

Dawn Wright, a scientist known for her pioneering work in geography, oceanography and environmental science was given an honorary doctorate.
