This week, Rowell Brokaw of Eugene presented its architectural design for phase one of a new Eugene City Hall. The existing 50-year-old structure was vacated in 2011, and a project to rebuild a new one on the existing site was launched. Mike Penwell, Eugene facilities design and construction manager, says the Council was supportive of the proposed design concept:
