Harry Goes Punk in Harry and the Potters

Wizard rock is a sub-genre of music where it’s all about the Harry Potter series. And, it didn’t exist before brothers Paul and Joe DeGeorge created it, performing in Gryffindor ties and Harry Potter glasses.

The Massachusetts-based duo, Harry and the Potters, plays at the downtown location of the Eugene Public Library this Sunday at 6 pm. Paul spoke with KLCC’s Anni Katz.

Born and raised in Eugene, Anni started at KLCC in 2000 as a reporter and co-host of Northwest Passage. After graduating from the University of Oregon, Anni moved to New York City.
