KLCC's Marketing Director and Webmaster Gayle Chisholm retires after 33 years of service.
Gayle started with KLCC as Marketing Director in 1986. Early on, she was responsible for the transition to desktop computers. Gayle always wore a combination of hats during her tenure at KLCC, proving invaluable as technology evolved. Gayle brought the newsroom into the digital age. She put KLCC on the internet and re-built several versions of the website. She made it possible for donors to securely contribute to KLCC on line.
Gayle has been station archivist, promotions queen, go-to person for anything web-related and of course, the grand organizer of the KLCC Brewfest for 18 successful years! Needless to say, she leaves big shoes to fill.
We suspect Gayle will remain in constant (yet organized) motion—visiting children and grandchildren and keeping up on the next big thing.
The staff and volunteers of KLCC wish Gayle Chisholm all the best in her well-deserved retirement.
