The Oregon Country Fair draws artists and musicians from all over the world. Chris Chandler is a poet who incorporates music into his performance art. He's a prolific artist and a mainstay of the fair. KLCC's Rachael McDonald caught up with Chris Chandler on the fair path and asked him to describe his work.
