The ART Toledo committee is thrilled to bring the Chalk the Block event back to Toledo's Main Street this year. Join us Saturday, June 29th from 9am to Noon, for this awesome family and community event.

Whether you're an aspiring artist, a seasoned pro, or simply looking for a fun family activity, this event is tailor-made for you. Come to Toledo City Hall Saturday morning to create chalk art along the sidewalks of Main Street. Panels will also be available at table height, so anyone can create their masterpiece without having to bend over the sidewalks if they wish.

We're not just celebrating artistry; we're also rewarding it! Once the drawing concludes at Noon, judges will be awarding cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place in categories of 0-11, 12-18, adult, and group/family.

Chalk the Block is absolutely FREE. All we ask is that you bring along your enthusiasm, friends, family, and that one-of-a-kind creative spirit. Walk-ins are also very welcome!
