New Zone Events –April 2026

Open Tuesdays through Sundays, noon to 6 pm.

In addition to the eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional art created by the New Zone members shown at the New Zone Gallery, located in our beautiful space at 110 East 11th, we will be hosting two Featured Artists special exhibits during the month of April.

Join us for the Opening Reception on Friday, April 3rd, from 5:30-8:30 pm during the First Friday Artwalk. Hors d’oeuvres and libations served. Live music.

Susan Walenza – Finding Light

Seeing the light and essence of a thing - it's something the camera lens finds through serendipity. A yoga teacher would say, the light within me honors the light within you. The 'you' is all the things with which we coexist - like those peonies in the Shanghai Botanical Garden. Every thing carries a story.
