Voters in Philomath now appear to be narrowly rejecting a measure to permanently ban psilocybin service centers and manufacturers within city limits.
The most recent update from the Benton County elections office shows the measure failing by 15 votes.
Earlier results from the May 19 primary had the ban passing by a small margin.
As it stands, the margin is too wide to trigger an automatic recount.
The next update is scheduled for June 15.
