Books With Pictures Eugene

A Eugene comic book store, Books with pictures, won a global award last week at an event dubbed the “Oscars of the comic book industry.”

The Comics College lecture series, presented at the Eugene Public Library promises a unique way to think about history and culture. Local comics scholar Dr. Andréa Gilroy, who owns Books With Pictures Eugene, is set to give the first talk Feb. 28.
