Fire officials say the milder weather has helped, but heavy forest fuels are still a concern.

Fire officials say the forecast is improving for the fast-moving Dixon wildfire burning near the community of Tiller in Douglas County.

Dozens of people living near a small town in Southern Oregon are under evacuation orders due to a rapidly growing wildfire, which has triggered Gov. Tina Kotek to declare an emergency.
