The University of Oregon Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health will launch its new Catalyst Center for Youth Behavioral Health on Sept. 1 to help scale its unique undergraduate youth behavioral health program to universities nationwide.

Nevada just passed a law allowing bachelor’s degree-trained behavioral health specialists to practice in schools and other settings. The new legislation is part of a grassroots movement that started in Oregon.
