Tiffany Norton is chef and owner of Party Downtown, Party Bar ,and Party on Friendly. Since Terri Irwin, the widow of “crocodile hunter” Steve Irwin is from Eugene, contributing to her non-profit, Wildlife Warriors, seemed like a good idea.

Participating restaurants are each donating proceeds from a dish inspired by Australian food. Norton describes Party Bar’s dish:

“We’re doing the Aussie Burger with “the lot”.” Norton says,  “So it has pickled beets, grilled pineapple and onion. It has a fried egg, bacon, Deck family farm beef, that we always have. On our brioche bun with chili aioli. So, it’s a lot.”
