What does it mean to be resilient? KLCC took on this question over a year of reporting on Oregon’s Natural Resources and Resilience.
We started out telling stories about efforts to maintain clean water in the midst of climate change, wildfire and other threats. We looked at how communities in the Northwest are preparing for a Cascadia Subduction Zone Earthquake. Then disaster hit with the COVID-19 pandemic and we pivoted to report on the community response to this public health crisis and the long term effects on our economy and the future. In this hour you can hear stories from Chris Lehman, Brian Bull, Karen Richards and Rachael McDonald as we look back over a remarkable year.
