High school graduates in Oregon are defying odds and catching up on federal and state aid completions for college at a faster rate than the national average.

In a decision made by the Board of Trustees, on-campus undergraduates and certain graduate students will face raised tuition fees, alongside an increase in funding for financial aid programs.
