In Cottage Grove, the temporary homeless shelter at Lulu's Dog Park isn’t being widely used. Now, the city has scaled down its plans to open a more permanent site.

Eugene’s City Council voted unanimously Monday to extend its Safe Sleep sites through June 2025.
