Historian and author Michael Helquist speaks with Eric Alan about his biography Marie Equi: Radical Politics and Outlaw Passions. Equi was one of Oregon’s first women doctors, as well as a fierce advocate for worker’s rights, reproductive rights, and many other social justice causes.
