Author Lauren Kessler of Eugene has written about subjects including Alzheimers Disease, dance, and raising a teen-age daughter. Her latest book, “A Grip of Time: When Prison is Your Life”, is about her experience leading a writing group at the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem. She spoke with KLCC's Rachael McDonald.
