Hatfield Marine Science Day
The annual science fair and open house at the Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport returns Saturday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Marine Science Day is a free event, ideal for families and lifelong learners. Scientists will be on hand to share their diverse marine research and discuss how it enriches our community. This year, the event tripled its tours and added a mini Big Blue Film Fest to the day's lineup. The Hatfield Visitor Center will also be open all day, free of charge.
