Valery Kulyeshov, 1987 Gold Medalist at the Busoni International Piano Competition and 1993 Silver Medalist at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, will give a solo recital at Beall Concert Hall on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30 pm. On the program: Works by J.S. Bach, Robert Schumann, Zhelobinsky, and Rachmaninov. This is the final of 3 concerts in the 2024-25 Murdock International Piano Series, sponsored by the Oregon Piano Institute and the U of O School of Music and Dance. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the UO Ticket Office or immediately prior to the concert at the Beall Hall box office.
