The Lincoln County Veteran Services along with the Newport 60+ center and Meals on Wheels is sponsoring a Birthday lunch for Isolated seniors and Veterans. Services will be provided from the Lincoln County Veterans Resource center, Meals on Wheels. It is held on the 4th Wednesday of the month with Bingo starting at 11:00 and Lunch served at noon. The work done at the Alton Baker Native Plant Nursery (NPN) protects and enhances the diversity of native plant communities within the City of Eugene natural areas and restoration sites by producing genetically local native plant material. It provides the community an opportunity to learn about the value of native plants through volunteer activities and internship opportunities. Please join us on Friday afternoons!
