On this week's Friday Show, Dr. Patrick Luedtke says hospitalizations for COVID-19 have gone down from more than 100 per day to less than 50. He says hospital stays are shorter too. But, there are several outbreaks at K-12 schools in Lane County.

A correction: Rachael McDonald asked Dr. Luedtke about the possiblity of Covid-19 vaccine mandates for children. The mandate annoucned by California Governor Gavin Newsom will apply to all school aged children once a vaccine is approved for children 5 years and older.
