The 12th Annual Florence Festival of Books takes place in Florence on the coast at the Florence Events Center. It is a Book Fair from 10–4 with panel discussion about writing memoir at 11, two writing workshops at 1 and 2:30, and following the Book Fair at 4:30 is the Keynote Speaker--Judy Fleagle and her topic, "FFOB, My Favorite 'F' Word, promises to be entertaining! There will be approximately 60 authors and publishers participating. Attendees will find books of many genre and the opportunity to meet the authors. Future authors will find publishers where they can pitch an idea and network with published authors. The Florence Festival of Books has become one of the most popular book festivals in Oregon.
