About 33-thousand travelers are expected to go through the Eugene Airport during the holiday period. Cathryn Stevens, Assistant Airport Director, says upcoming peak travel days are Friday December 26th and Sunday December 28th. She says to arrive 2 hours ahead of time on those days.
Stevens: "To make sure you get through checking in at the airline ticket counter office, if you need to, and then also going through security and that kind of thing. Check-in online if you can at home and print your boarding pass or get your electric boarding pass. That will save you a lot of time."
Besides holiday travelers, the Eugene Airport expects lots of folks heading to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. That includes the Ducks football team, coaches, staff and fans.
