Springfield Police Ask Public To Help Find Missing Boy

UPDATE: The SPD says Shafer has been located and safely returned to his family.

Springfield Police are seeking a missing 9-year-old boy. He was last seen at 2 pm Monday at 10^th and C streets in Springfield. Marshall Shafer is 4’ 5”, 85 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Marshall was last seen wearing brown hiking boots, gray sweatpants, a black costume style cape with a hood, and a bright blue backpack.
