• ODOT: SW Oregon - OSP and ODOT is closing OR 238 Jacksonville Hill until the roadway can be removed of stalled vehicles.
Drivers should expect delays, leave extra following and braking distance and expect delays in the afternoon/evening commute.
ODOT crews are on state highways but there may be some delays given the widespread nature of the snowfall this afternoon.

• ODOT: Valley, No. Coast - OR 58 in Lane County will remain closed tonight to regular traffic. Only emergency vehicles, escorted by ODOT, will be allowed to travel to and from Oakridge.
ODOT crews today were able to clear a "lifeline" route to allow utility trucks and other emergency vehicles to reach Oakridge. On the eastside of Oakridge, two lanes have been cleared and local residents can travel between Oakridge and Crescent Lake.
ODOT crews still have a lot of work to do to clear the road of trees and feet of snow that hammered the area on Monday.

• City of Eugene Library, Recreation & Cultural Services - The Downtown Eugene Public Library is open regular hours today. Sheldon and Bethel branch libraries are closed. Several Rec facilities will open at noon but will not offer programming: Sheldon Pool, Echo Hollow Pool, Sheldon Community Center, Amazon Community Center and River House Outdoor Center.
