Most Blachly-Lane Electric Co-op Residents Without Service

Blachly-lane Electric Co-op has shut off all feeder cables in forested areas of their service district. This means all substations, except Junction City and Parker, both of which are on highway 99.

Last night’s wind caused hundreds of trees and limbs to fall on power lines. Due to the dangerous conditions, safety and wildfire prevention has become the co-ops priority. This means most residential members are without electricity.

According to Blachly-Lane Electric Co-op, they are working on a plan to repair service, but need weather and safety conditions to improve before reversing the current situation.

If you would like to report an outage, you can call 541-688-8711.
