A busy sports weekend is on tap for Eugene. Both Saturday’s Duck Football Spring Game and Sunday’s Eugene Marathon will bring traffic and crowds to parts of town.

In area college football, the Beavers come out of their bye week Saturday to host fellow Pac-12 member Washington State.

The Ducks travel to New Jersey for their first-ever game against Rutgers this weekend.

The Beavers host the Ducks in Corvallis Saturday. Kickoff is at 12:30 p.m.

Number 6 Oregon routed Cal yesterday 63-19.

In area college football yesterday, No. 8 Oregon rolled over No. 13 Utah 35-6 in Salt Lake City.

No 9 Oregon football got back on track yesterday with a 38-24 win over Washington State, before a sellout homecoming crowd of nearly 59-thousand in Autzen Stadium.
